All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you via email when the item is expected to be back in stock and shipped out.
We ship worldwide using UPS and USPS. If your address or location isn’t supported when checking out, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will do our best to help. International customers use USPS at your own risk, if you haven't had success in the past with USPS handing off to your country's post office please use UPS as tracking data is very limited once it leaves the United States.
Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and are subject to the acceptance, and approval of your order. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. If an order fulfillment is going to take longer than this time-frame in unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email with updates regarding your order. We will do our best to accommodate any order cancellation requests; however, depending on the volume of messages we have at the time of the request, there can be a gap period between the request and your order being shipped. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed before shipment.
Once an order has been received we will put the items together, package it and create a shipping label. The shipping label contains a tracking number which is then updated once picked up by our dispatcher or delivered to the post office. You will receive a confirmation via email once your item has shipped, and a tracking number has been generated. Please note that tracking your order online will give you the most up to date information.
Shipping costs are based on the weight and/or volume of your order, and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas, or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Depending on the value of the order, we reserve the right to choose a different shipping method than selected at check out, if the original method does not offer a signature delivery.
Customs Import Tax
All orders shipped outside the USA are subject to Customs Import Tax when entering a country. The cost of the Import Tax will vary depending on the cost of goods coming in, your countries import tax rules and currency conversion. You will be responsible for paying this tax when the item is delivered.
If you refuse to pay this tax, the item will then be sent back to our warehouse (or in many cases, not returned to us and abandoned by the shipping company); these items will be marked as abandoned, and are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged Items in Transport
Unfortunately, sometimes items get damaged or mishandled while in transport. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.

To make a refund request, email firstname.lastname@example.org with a statement referencing your Order# and reason for requesting a return, and we will do our best to help.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $20 or 20%, whichever is greater.
Note that in order to receive a full refund, minus the applicable restocking fee, the product must retain all of the original packaging, be in an unused condition, and be free of any foreign contaminants or debris.
Some items may be back ordered or delayed due to the current global pandemic.
